1. Do you ship worldwide?
We’re happy to say that we ship to most countries in the world. However, if you aren’t sure about a shipping destination, please contact us at info@vokamo.com.cn , we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. When will my order be shipped?
We try our best to ensure your order can be shipped as soon as possible. Yet delays could occur if there's stock availability and quality-related issue.
In general, China,Hong Kong & Macau: 2-5 business days
Rest of the world: up to 28 business days
* We do not operate during Sunday& Public Holidays
* Our delivery times are estimated from the date of shipping (not the date of order) and are a guide rather than set in stone, as things like bad weather and busy postal periods can sometimes get in the way.
3. How much will the delivery cost?
Our shipping costs can vary based on the carrier and warehouse location, but don’t worry, all prices will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
It’s important to remember that shipments to some countries can face strict controls from local customs authorities, which can sometimes cause delays. In some cases, you may even be contacted by our courier and/or a customs clearance broker to get certain information and authorisation for them to act on your behalf to import your order. If you don’t provide authorisation when contacted, you may become responsible for import duties or other fees charged – nobody wants that! If you’re not sure if this could affect you, it’s definitely worth contacting your local customs office before placing your order to be on the safe side. 4. How can i track my order?
With the tracking code provided in the Shipment Confirmation Email, you can track your order at the courier's tracking page.
